Auburn freshman wide receiver Cam Coleman has been named Shaun Alexander Player of the Week following his standout performance in the Tigers’ dramatic 43-41 victory over Texas A&M. Coleman racked up a career-high 128 yards and two touchdowns on seven catches, including a game-changing 63-yard touchdown that gave Auburn an early 14-0 lead. The true freshman previously had eight catches, 100 yards, and three touchdowns in Auburn’s dominant 48-14 win over ULM, showcasing his emerging role as a key player. The Tigers are now 2-0 having Coleman getting heavily involved in the offense. His explosive performance and ability to make clutch plays have been instrumental in Auburn’s success late in the season.
