The Football Writers Association of America, in conjunction with the Allstate Sugar Bowl, has announced 12 finalists for the 2025 Eddie Robinson Coach of the Year Award.
In alphabetical order, the finalists are:

Marcus Freeman, Notre Dame
Clark Lea, Vanderbilt
Jerry Mack, Kennesaw State
Joey McGuire, Texas Tech
Jim Mora, UConn
Kirby Smart, Georgia
Jon Sumrall, Tulane
The 2025 recipient will be announced on Tues., Dec. 16. The official presentation will be at a reception Sat., Jan. 17, in Miami prior to the College Football Playoff National Championship.
