Iowa’s Megan Gustafson and Minnesota’s Destiny Pitts are this week’s honorees
Player of the Week
Megan Gustafson, Iowa
F/C – Jr. – Port Wing, Wis. – South Shore
• Averaged 29.0 points, 15.0 rebounds and 5.0 assists per game with a .742 field-goal percentage and two double-doubles last week in two Big Ten victories for the Hawkeyes
• Registered 33 points (on 13-of-19 shooting), 14 rebounds and a career-high seven assists in last Thursday’s win over Penn State
• Added 25 points (on 10-of-12 shooting) and 16 rebounds in Sunday’s victory at Northwestern
• Earns her ninth career Player of the Week honor and eighth of the season, extending her Big Ten record in the latter category

Kenisha Bell, Jr., G, MINN: Averaged 18.5 points, 9.5 assists, 5.0 rebounds and 3.0 steals per game last week as the Gophers earned two Big Ten victories
Stephanie Mavunga, Sr., F, OSU: Registered 20.0 points, 9.5 rebounds and 3.0 blocks per game with a .692 field-goal percentage last week as the Buckeyes split a pair of games

Destiny Pitts, Minnesota
G/F – Detroit, Mich. – Detroit Country Day
• Averaged 17.5 points and 7.0 rebounds per game last week in pacing Minnesota to a pair of conference wins
• Scored 18 points and grabbed seven rebounds in last Thursday’s victory at Purdue, tallying 13 points in the first quarter on 4-of-5 shooting
• Added 17 points and seven rebounds in Sunday’s win over Penn State
• Earns her sixth career Freshman of the Week honor
