The Maryland Terps return to the final of the BiG Ten Women’s Conference championship for the fifth  straight year after downing the Michigan Wolverines 73-72 denying them a spot in the  final for the  first time ever.

In that time Maryland has claimed three titles in the past four years and it is yet to be determined if it will be four.

Maryland was led by Kaila Charles’ 22, Blair Watson with 14 followed by Stephanie Jones12 and Channise Lewis’ ten.

Michigan was led by Senior Nicole Munger’s 20.

Other Wolverines giving scoring support were Naz Hillmon’s 16 and Hailey Brown’s 14.

Carmel, Indiana freshman Amy Dilk led Michigan with eleven assists while Lewis led Maryland with six.

Maryland blocked 13 shots.

Michigan ends their season at 21 and 11 while Maryland moves on at 28 and three.
