Iowa State looks for its second sweep in Big 12 play when it takes on No. 9 Baylor on Sunday, Jan. 31 at 3 p.m. on ESPN2. The Cyclones won their second-straight win over Baylor on Jan. 16, 75-71 and their first win in Waco since 1997.Iowa State will honor head coach Bill Fennelly pregame for reaching 700 wins in his coaching career with Toledo and Iowa State.

  • Junior Ashley Joens is eighth in the nation in scoring, averaging 24.4 points a game. Joens earned multiple National Player of the Week nods two weeks ago after scoring a combined 57 points and grabbing 27 boards in wins over OSU and at Baylor.

  • She ranks second in active career scoring among juniors in the NCAA, with 1,393 career points.
  • Joens is also tied at 21st in career double-doubles with 25.
  • Joens is swiftly climbing the NCAA’s career free-throws made category, with 340 made in her career, which ranks 21st.
  • Joens also ranks 14th in career free-throw percentage at 80.8 percent.
